How We Serve
The main ways we serve, support, and strengthen the Body of Christ in our community and beyond.
We host Christ-centered retreats for men, women, and families, creating space for renewal, worship, discipleship, and deeper encounters with the Lord.
We serve our streets and communities through outreach events by providing food, clothing, prayer, encouragement, and Bibles to those in need.
We are passionate about helping men, women, youth, and children grow in their faith, and we are honored to support discipleship efforts within other Kingdom ministries.
We love coming alongside other Christ-centered churches and ministries wherever support is needed, whether through prayer teams, biblical teaching, event services, or practical ministry help.
Chosen Family of YHWH will grow God's kingdom by building Disciples. Providing a foundation of Love and Hope for the lost and broken through our savior Jesus Christ.
We pray and invision that we are able help individuals and large bodies of belivers become everything God dsigned them to be through love, prayer, and biblical discipleship.

Chosen Family of YHWH is a nonprofit ministry devoted to Christian retreats, outreach efforts, community events, and practical church support. We love partnering with other Kingdom-minded ministries and organizations in whatever way best serves God's people.
Although Chosen Family of YHWH was formally established as a nonprofit just a few years ago, the ministry itself has been active for nearly 25 years. It grew out of two foundational groups: Chosen Men of God and Chosen Woman of God.
In 2020, when many believers were no longer able to gather in person, we were blessed to continue meeting for Bible studies, monthly men's and women's groups, and our annual retreat. As we saw the spiritual hunger in our city and surrounding communities, we opened the retreat to everyone and hosted our first combined Family Retreat for men, women, and teens.
Through that season, we witnessed couples and children give their lives to Christ and recommit themselves to the Lord. It became clear that God was not only drawing the hearts of men and women, but also the hearts of children and entire families. From that shift in vision, Chosen Family of YHWH was born.
